8. Organiser, Organisation And Insurance

8.1.

An application to organise a Fanatec GT Challenge Europe powered by AWS Event must be made to the ASN of the country in which the Event is to take place, which will apply to the parent ASN together with the Promoter.

8.2.

Each Organiser, via its ASN, shall supply the information set out in Appendix 1 to the present regulations to the Promoter at least 30 days before the Event.

For each of the Fanatec GT Challenge Europe powered by AWS Events, a Visa will be issued by the hosting ASN of the country in which the Event is organised, provided that all documents required by the present regulations have been duly sent to the ASN and that they are in conformity with the regulations applicable to the Series.

8.3.

The Organiser of an Event must ensure that all Competitors, their personnel and their drivers are covered by third party insurance.

8.4.

Thirty days before each Fanatec GT Challenge Europe powered by AWS Event, the Organiser must send the Promoter details of the risks covered by the insurance, which must comply with the applicable laws in force. This insurance certificate, written in the language of the country as well as in English, shall be made available to the Competitors. The sum insured must be a minimum of €6 000 000 (six million euros).

8.5.

Third party insurance arranged by the Organiser of a Fanatec GT Challenge Europe powered by AWS Event shall be in addition and without prejudice to any personal insurance policy held by a Competitor or by any other natural person or legal entity taking part in the Event.

8.6.

Drivers taking part in the Event are not third parties with respect to one another.
